ROLE SAP IBP SOP Lead:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- This is a critical role related to support of process and technology solutions related to diagnosis, analysis and transformation of the Demand and Supply Planning functions in a project. The following are key responsibilities Architecting, designing and helping build successful implementations of SAP IBP SOP in customer organizations. Liaising with Sales and Delivery Teams to help grow the Services Business around IBP in line with Organizational strategy and goals Mentoring Junior IBP Team members within the Organization on IBP SOP and DP Drive with building Assets and Accelerators within SAP IBP SOP and reduce the overall cost to serve

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 10 plus years of Supply Chain Planning experience, at least 8 years in SAP IBP SOP and SAP APO DPSNP modules At least 3 end to end IBP SOP implementations not including rollouts Experience in SAP APO ECC and SAP certification would be an added advantage.

PROCESS KNOWLEDGEL:
- Deep Process understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain planning, familiarity or expertise with SCOR model is preferred, technology agnostic Expertise in at least 2 industries e.g. CPG, Chemical, Automotive, Life Sciences etc.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
- Good level of understanding of all modules of SAP IBP with expertise in SOP and DP. Deep knowledge and experience in end to end IBP implementation projects in Process and Discrete industries. Ability to lead and conduct Design workshops in front of an audience comprising of both Business and IT teams. Ability to architect an end to end solution using IBP SOP while understanding the integration aspects between different modules within IBP as well as of IBP with APO and IBP with ERP systems Ability to work on complex configuration scenarios along with writing functional specifications for complex customizations Experience in Lifecycle planning, Promotional planning, forecasting using Advanced Statistical algorithms, deep expertise in SOP Heuristics Very good understanding of ECC and APO Master data from planning standpoint Basic understanding of SAP PP and SD.

- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment Conduct trainings and be a mentor for junior IBP team members.
