ROLE: Associate Principal - SAP ERP FI

ROLE DESCRIPTION-
- Job Experience Requirements 8 to 10 years experience in SAP FI CO module SAP Functional configuration expertise in General Ledger FI GL, Controlling CO, Accounts Receivable AR, Accounts Payable AP, Asset Accounting AA, Banking.- Good understanding of AccountingFinance business processes and SAP FICO integration with SD, MM, and PP module- Experience in Financial Month end Activity and Intercompany reconciliation process including IDOC processing Experience in supporting 3rd party SAP integrated systems Vertex tax engine, Esker OCR AP invoicing Experience in design and support of SAP E cockpit specific to E Invoicing, SAP DCS system for India GSTR GST returns- Strong knowledge of ASAP Methodology, System Development Lifecycle SDLC, serviceoriented architecture and Enterprise Application Integration tools- Working understanding of Product costing.- Good understanding of writing functional Spec and RICEFW.- ABAP debugging skills will be a great addition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Accountable for issue resolution on production support tickets and service requests assigned to the support team.- Ensure that tickets are properly responded to, fixed, tested, and follow up promptly for closure according to defined SLAs- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure production support issues and requests are addressed timely-
- Collaborate with business teams globally to gain a deep understanding of business processes and provide system support to fix, develop, and test system solutions to address business requirements.

SOFT SKILLS- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking
