- ROLE SAP Production Planning LeadROLE DESCRIPTIONThe PP Lead will be responsible for issue diagnosis, analysis and solutioning of the Plan to Manufacture process area in a project. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES on PROJECTSServe as conduit between business and technology.Assist clients in the selection, implementation and support of SAP S4 HANA Plan to Manufacture functions.Architecting, designing and SAP PP module implementation for the Customer. Lead project teams for implementation. Understand client system and assist clients in support of SAP S4 HANA Production Planning and plan to manufacture Products. Supervise and mentor project subordinates and manage client engagements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES for BRISTLECONE PLAN TO MANUFACTURE PRACTICELiaising with Pre Sales Teams to help grow the Business around Plan to Manufacture in line with Organizational Strategy and Practice Goals. Ability to devise and lead Go To Market strategies for SAP Plan to Manufacture to assist Sales and Alliance teams in expanding Bristlecone footprint globally.Build Assets, Pre Configured Solutions and Accelerators to reduce the overall cost to serve. Participate in Assessment, Scoping and Estimation activities for RFQs.Participate in suggesting or leading Process Improvement for the Practice.Understanding, analysing, explore and test new features introduced in S4HANA Plan to Manufacture processes.Build technical competency and knowledge management.Build strong business relationships with potential clients.Track and align with technology updates in S4HANA editions. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEEXPERIENCEMinimum 10 years of experience in SAP ECC PPShould have completed at least 2 SAP ERP implementation projects as PP LeadFunctional proficiency in various kind of projects like Green field Implementations or Rollouts or Upgradation specific to SAP Production Planning i.e. SAP ECC or S4 HANA.Experience in Production Support and developments raised by change request. Certification in SAP PP and SAP S4HANA Manufacturing will be an added advantage.PROCESS KNOWLEDGEShall be well versed with end to end process for manufacturing involving demand management, MRP and shop floor control.Shall able to differentiate between various manufacturing scenarios like make to stock, make to order, engineer to order and configure to order.TECHNICAL EXPERTISEConfiguration knowledge in all the sub modules of Production Planning like discrete manufacturing, repetitive manufacturing, process manufacturing and KANBAN. Experience in unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing. Ability to work on complex configuration scenarios along with writing functional specifications for complex customizations. Ability to lead and conduct Design workshops in front of an audience comprising of both Business and IT teams.End to end impact assessment and flawless solution design. Basic understanding of integration with other modules of SAP especially MM, SD, QM, FI, CO.SOFT SKILLSExcellent communication skills, verbal as well as written.Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment. Mentoring and grooming subordinates.Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
