**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Work with Research leadership to support development and evolution of research products
- Prepare and maintain client deliverables
- Validate survey content and quality
- Verify accuracy of data and resolve errors
- Create and ensure quality of research products
- Produce custom client deliverables (account profiles, presentations, etc.)
- Provide exceptional levels of service and support, including being highly responsive, proactive, no errors, managing client expectations, etc.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and foster teamwork and collaboration
- Demonstrate talent development skills to mentor, coach, and train new Research Associates

**Required Experience/ Skills**
- MBA, finance background preferred.
- Experience working in the asset management industry or consulting to the asset management industry is a plus.
- Self-motivation and the drive to succeed
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Distinctive competence in quantitative and problem solving skills
- Must have superior interpersonal communication skills; both written and verbal skills
- Desire to collaborate and work in a team environment
