We are expanding our team and looking for a **Research Associate** with a strong background in **technical analysis** and a passion for financial markets and trading.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**: Work with clients to provide market research, and custom technical analysis.
- **Technical Research**: Produce technical analysis across multiple asset classes including US equities, commodities, crypto, and indices.
- **Charting**: Produce charts and visuals in Excel and other tools to support reports.
- **Custom Reports**: Prepare tailored reports or charts based on client requests
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our Chief Market Strategist to refine analysis, identify opportunities, and develop actionable trade setups.

**Requirements**:

- ** Certification: Technical Analysis certification is required (CMT, CFTe, or MFTA)**:

- **Education**: Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or Economics
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in a research role is preferred
- **Skills**:
