As a Market Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic business decisions through comprehensive market analysis and insightful data interpretation. This role demands a passion for research, an analytical mindset, and a keen understanding of market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on companies, industries, and markets to uncover valuable insights and competitive landscapes.
- Perform SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analyses to evaluate internal and external factors impacting organizational performance.
- Analyze financial statements, ratios, and metrics to assess a company's financial health, identify trends, and potential risks.
- Gather data from diverse secondary sources, synthesizing information into comprehensive reports that capture industry dynamics.
- Design and execute primary research initiatives, such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups, to collect firsthand data from customers, stakeholders, and industry experts.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the company's messaging.
Qualifications:
- MBA with graduation in BE mechanical, electrical and chemicals
- Proven experience in market research, data analysis, or related roles.
- Proficiency in utilizing research tools, databases, and statistical software.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and trends.
