We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to launch their career in clinical research. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of clinical research studies.
- Monitor clinical sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Support data collection, verification, and quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with investigators and site personnel to ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation.
- Prepare and review study documents, including informed consent forms and regulatory submissions.
- Participate in study meetings, training sessions, and site initiation visits.
- Maintain accurate records of study-related activities and communicate any findings or issues to the research team.
- Help ensure patient safety and integrity of data by following strict ethical guidelines.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field (e.g., B. Pharma, B.Sc. in Biotechnology, or related discipline).
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior internships or exposure to clinical research is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow protocols strictly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
