We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Clinical Research Coordinator. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in launching their career in clinical research. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and management of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the research process.

**Job Role and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the coordination and implementation of clinical trials under the supervision of senior research staff.
- Recruit and screen potential participants for clinical trials in accordance with study protocols.
- Obtain informed consent from study participants and ensure their understanding of the research procedures.
- Schedule participant visits and coordinate necessary procedures, tests, and assessments.
- Collect and record accurate data during study visits, maintaining detailed and organized documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and laboratory staff, to facilitate study procedures.
- Monitor participants for adverse events and report findings to the appropriate parties.
- Maintain study-related supplies and equipment and ensure proper storage and handling.
- Provide support in data analysis and contribute to the preparation of study reports and publications.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in clinical research.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, nursing, or healthcare-related discipline.
- Strong interest in clinical research and willingness to learn new concepts and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and ethical principles governing clinical research is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
