- **Data management**: Recording call details, customer feedback, and follow-up requirements in the CRM system.
- **Meeting targets**: Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interactions.
- **Collaboration**: Working with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
- **Following scripts**: Adhering to provided scripts and guidelines for consistent messaging.
- **Generating leads**: Identifying and qualifying potential customers.
- **Following up on leads**: Contacting prospects to generate interest or schedule appointments.
- **Providing information**: Explaining products/services and answering customer questions.
- **Handling customer complaints**: Resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Maintaining records**: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
