**Job Description - Telecaller (Real Estate Sales)**

**Position**: Telecaller - Sales
**Location**: Gwalior Office
**Company**: Jaetal Construction Private Limited

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries from platforms like **MagicBricks, 99Acres**, and other sources to generate leads for sale of flats.
- Manage **end-to-end coordination** with interested clients, from initial contact to **site visits and follow-ups**.
- Assist the manager in closing deals by providing necessary support and updates.
- Proactively and **positively respond** to all customer queries, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Meet customers at the office and occasionally accompany them for **site visits**.
- Maintain and update **inventory records** to ensure accurate availability information.
- Assist in **document collection** from customers for loan processing and agreement formalities.

**Requirements**:

- **Prior experience** in a **real estate company or brokerage firm**.
- Hands-on experience in **sales calls, cold calling, and lead management**.
- Ability to work efficiently on **Excel sheets** and prepare reports.
- Prior experience in **flat sales** is a plus.
- Strong **communication skills**, customer-focused approach, and ability to handle queries with professionalism.
