Role Objective

The Senior Telecaller will be responsible for driving outreach to schools, colleges, universities, and industries. The role includes lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting for demos, and supporting the sales team in achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to schools, colleges, universities, and industrial training centers to introduce Roboxrise solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule demos for the field sales/technical team.
  • Maintain call logs, track responses, and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Understand customer needs and provide initial product information over the phone.
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Support email/WhatsApp campaigns by coordinating with the marketing team.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly telecalling targets (calls, demos booked, leads qualified).
Requirements
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business, or related fields).
  • min 5 years of telecalling/inside sales experience in EdTech, Robotics, Industrial Automation, or B2B Sales.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language knowledge is a plus).
  • Confident telephone etiquette with a consultative approach.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms.
  • Experience in working with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce preferred).
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and organized.
