**Role: Marketing Technologist - SFMC (FT)**

**Location: Pune, India**

**Client: Comsense Technologies**

**Experience: 4 To 6 yrs**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute day to day campaign request and update respective stakeholders.
- Provide production support, analyse issues, and implement solutions to ensure system stability and performance.
- Technical and Functional proficiency with understanding of Business Acumen.
- Data management - Proficiency in managing data within SFMC, including data modelling, segmentation, data extensions, and synchronization with external data sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide customers through the implementation of Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Develop marketing automation-specific user stories, functional specifications, and project plans in coordination with stakeholders.
- Conduct meetings with clients to understand their business needs and customize marketing solutions using SFMC.
- Track and manage project progress and update to respective stakeholders.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance on marketing best practices and negotiating solutions for complex scenarios.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification

**Requirements**:

- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and integration.
- Excellent communication and Client handling skills.

Strong technical background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with knowledge of Salesforce CRM and related MarTech and AdTech solutions.
- Ability to uncover business requirements, develop technical strategies, and create effective solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce marketing cloud studios are must.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and facilitation skills.
- Understanding of Marketing Automation Data Governance, Security, and Compliance best practices.
- Location: Mumbai, with occasional travel to Pune as required.
