**Department/Function**:
After Sales Service
Manages after sales service function through monitoring of the SAP system to ensure that the status of complaints are taken care within the stipulated timeframe, provides advice to Marketing on the kind of tyres to indent, provides information on competitor tyres, and feedback on product performance in comparison to the competitor through review of claims and customer feedback, conducts Vehicle Surveys, Scrap Tyre Analysis and Loading Surveys etc. in order to ensure speedy settlement of claims and complaints of all segments of customer and product groups and ensure customer satisfaction with ATL products..
Tyre Testing
Supervises testing of new products, selects test location tracks test results, benchmarks performance standards, supervises experiments at tests centers, follows up with PEs in order to achieve consistency in product performance and comparison with competitor products
Claims Monitoring and Analysis
Supervises claim loss control by conducting Audit in the depots, evaluates adherence to policy norms, supervises Audits conducted by engineers for controlling of unnecessary claim loss, trains the team with regard to the procedure adopted for inspection, monitors claim disposal, makes action plans with HO in order to monitor claim loss and root cause analysis related to service
Demand Generation
Identifies and contacts non Apollo Customers, provides product knowledge and conducts inspections and provides advice to help them realize better cost per KM benefits in order to ensure adoption of fleets and conversion of non Apollo customers to Apollo
Training
Conducts training programs for Fleet Dealers, Customers, Original Equipment Dealers, in mining areas for fleet owners through open house sessions and for tyre fitters on Basics of Tyres, Maintenance and Mileage gains etc., trains the sales & service teams on identification of defects and product related issues in order to develop channel partners and field force on tyre maintenance and improve service standards
