**Production Planning and Scheduling**
- Develop and implement production schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
- Ensure that production targets, timelines, and resource requirements are met.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, procurement, and logistics) to ensure smooth production flow.

2. **Overseeing Production Operations**
- Supervise and manage the daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- Monitor and control production processes to maintain optimal output.
- Ensure proper allocation of resources (materials, labor, equipment) for production.

3. **Quality Control and Assurance**
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet required specifications and standards.
- Conduct inspections and tests during and after production to verify product quality.
- Address quality issues and work on corrective and preventive actions to improve production quality.

4. **Team Supervision and Management**
- Supervise a team of production workers, operators, and other production staff.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on production techniques, safety standards, and company policies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and encourage continuous improvement among team members.

5. **Inventory and Material Management**
- Monitor and manage raw material inventory to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Ensure the proper storage and handling of materials to minimize wastage and damage.

6. **Maintenance and Equipment Management**
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Ensure that machines are regularly serviced and that preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements if necessary.

7. **Health, Safety, and Compliance**
- Enforce health and safety regulations in the production area to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure that production activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure that staff are trained in emergency protocols.

8. **Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving**
- Identify and resolve issues in the production process, such as bottlenecks, delays, or equipment malfunctions.
- Implement solutions to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Monitor production data and performance to anticipate potential problems and take corrective actions.

9. **Cost Management and Budgeting**
- Control production costs by monitoring material usage, labor costs, and operational expenses.
- Analyze production costs and look for opportunities to optimize resource use and reduce waste.
- Ensure that production processes are cost-effective without compromising quality.

10. **Production Reporting and Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced, downtime, and quality control results.
- Prepare and submit regular production reports to senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and improvements.
- Ensure all production-related documentation is compliant with company policies and industry standards.

Pay: ₹8,430.42 - ₹56,819.85 per month
