Job Title: Yarn Incharge

Experience : 1-2 years

**Salary**: up to 35K

Location: Surat

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise the yarn production process, including procurement, spinning, and winding.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of yarn.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Conduct quality checks on yarn to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues or equipment malfunctions.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Train and mentor new employees on yarn production processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production planning and quality control, to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain production records and prepare reports on production activities.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience as a Yarn Incharge or a similar role in the têxtile industry.
- Strong knowledge of yarn production processes and machinery.
- Familiarity with different types of yarn and their specifications.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
