Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Incharge to oversee and manage the maintenance operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of machinery, equipment, and utilities to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or textile equipment issues.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure minimal disruption of operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with industry standards.
- Guide and train junior maintenance staff or freshers, if required.
- Recommend improvements for equipment performance and cost efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Textile, or Electrical Engineering.
- 912 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong technical knowledge are also welcome).
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Good communication and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance best practices.
