**About the role**:
As a Regional Recruitment Support Officer you will achieve student enrolment and profit goals for their portfolio of Agents, Partner Institutions and Sponsors across all the product portfolio in East Asia & Rest Of World. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will manage a team of Regional Recruitment Support Officers. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Contact offer holders and agents responsible for them to provide accurate, relevant, and compelling information to support conversion
- Ensure excellent standards of customer service
- Conversion of students from ‘offered’ to ‘confirmed’ stage and supporting student retention once enrolled
- Provide support to Regional Managers with agent management including occasional attendance at events.
- Support coordination of pre arrival, orientation and any necessary follow up post enrolment.
**About you**:
You will describe yourself as a self-motivated person and a team player who can organise their own workload and cope with simultaneous demands. Innovative thinking and proactive work habits inclusive of an eye for detail and recommendations for improvements.
To be successful in this role, you must have fluency in language/s required to operate in the China & NZ onshore market. You will also have the ability to work to tight deadlines, changing priorities, on own initiative and to take responsibility for decisions and outcomes. You must also have:
- A Bachelor’s/tertiary degree level qualification and/or customer service experience
- High-level interpersonal communication skills inclusive of writing and verbal communication
- Administrative experience in a multi-cultural environment
- Knowledge of International Education Services Industry and overseas education systems.
- A flexible attitude to work including a willingness rearrange working hours to covert weekends and evenings in support of events is preferred but not essential.
