As a Supervisor of Office Services, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative services, including clerical support, communication systems, printing services, mailing, purchasing, facilities maintenance, and other support services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures, including invoice processing, personnel, information management, filing system, supplies requisition and other clerical services.
- Sets short and long-term goals for department and staff.
- Recognizes variances to goals and takes corrective actions.
- Researches and develops resources to create timely and efficient workflow.
- Coordinates activities of various clerical departments or staff within department.
- Contacts, selects, and negotiates with local vendors.
- Develops policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory and corporate guidelines.
- Provides technical and procedural guidance to less experienced personnel.
- Directs training of new personnel.
- Performs quality checks to ensure overall quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Associates’ Degree preferred.
- Operational or administrative experience - 2 years required; 4 years preferred.
- Business and management principles, including planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.
- Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs and satisfaction assessments, and meeting quality standards for services.
- Administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as Microsoft Office, file and record management.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrates teamwork, leadership and flexibility, and creates positive business culture.
