Site Supervisor - EXE Interiors

**Position**: Site Supervisor
**Location**: FC Road, Pune
**Vacancies**: 3

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure projects are executed as per designs and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and workers to maintain seamless workflow.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards and guidelines on-site.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure work meets company standards and client requirements.
- Track project progress and provide updates to project managers.
- Manage site resources and resolve any on-ground issues efficiently.
- Maintain documentation of site activities, including attendance and materials used.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in site supervision for interior design or construction projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in understanding drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
