**No. of Position : -** **01**

Position : - Utility Supervisor (Housekeeping Supervisor)

Location : - Vimananger, PUNE

Education / Qualification: - Any Gradate.

Experience : - Should have 3- 5 years of Experience in

Annual CTC range : - 20,000 to 25.000

Duties and responsibilities.
- Check the premises regularly to ensure security
- Record and report emergencies
- Supervise the janitorial staff and other workers
- Hire contractors for equipment installation and repairs
- Evaluate existing systems
- Identify technical problems
- Monitor planned preventive maintenance
- Oversee waste management, garbage collection, product delivery and other operations
- Carry out inspections of the facility
- Perform administrative or custodial tasks as needed
- Document lost and found items
- Perform random checks
- Participate in emergency planning
