Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance & Repairs: Performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on utility systems and equipment (e.g., HVAC, Chiller, Compressor, DG systems)
  • System Operation: Monitoring and operating utility systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhering to all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards to maintain a safe working environment
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving malfunctions or issues in utility systems to prevent downtime and ensure continuous service
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, system parameters, and incidents, and preparing detailed reports for management
  • Emergency Response: Promptly responding to emergency service calls and equipment breakdowns to implement corrective actions

General Duties

  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate logs of work performed, equipment performance, and system parameters.
  • Inventory Management: Managing and organizing necessary supplies, spare parts, and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
  • Collaboration: Working effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate projects and resolve issues.
  • Record Updates: Updating and keeping records of all completed work orders and maintenance activities.
  • 5S: Performing cleaning duties related to work areas and equipment, ensuring sanitary standards are met.

  • Technical Skills: Competency in operating and maintaining utility equipment and systems.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system malfunctions.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and report information effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: For accurate record-keeping and to ensure precise maintenance procedures are followed.
