Elevator Construction and Elevator Service Supervisor - AEGIS Elevator (Pune Branch)

AEGIS Elevator is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Elevator Construction and Service Supervisor to join our growing team in Pune.

**Responsibilities**:
Construction:
Oversee the safe and efficient installation of new elevators.

Ensure adherence to all project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

Lead and supervise a team of construction contractors.

Conduct quality inspections and ensure all work meets company standards.

Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Service:
Supervise and schedule the maintenance and repair of elevators.

Diagnose and troubleshoot elevator malfunctions.

Ensure timely completion of service calls and preventative maintenance tasks.

Manage spare parts inventory and maintain accurate service records.

Provide technical support and guidance to service technicians.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the elevator industry, preferably in construction and service.

Proven experience supervising construction and service teams.

Strong understanding of elevator mechanics, electrical systems, and safety regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Valid driver's license.
