Admission Counselor

**Student Recruitment**:Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students.

Represent the institution at college fairs, high schools, and other recruitment events.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Provide information on admission requirements, deadlines, and procedures.
- **Counseling**:Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address prospective students' questions and concerns.

Advise students on academic programs, career paths, and educational opportunities.
Offer guidance on financial aid options and scholarship opportunities.
- **Relationship Building**:Cultivate relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders.

Collaborate with faculty and staff to stay informed about academic programs and institutional updates.
Foster a positive and supportive environment for prospective students.

Utilize CRM systems and databases to track and analyze recruitment efforts.
Generate reports on admission statistics and trends.
- **Admission Events**:Coordinate and participate in campus tours, open houses, and information sessions.

Organize and host admission events to showcase the institution's offerings.
- **Training and Development**:Stay informed about trends in higher education and admissions.

Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance counseling skills.
Train and mentor support staff, if applicable.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (education, counseling, etc.); Master's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or related fields is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of educational programs, admission processes, and financial aid.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
