**Job Title: Student Counselor - Aviation Academy**

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
The Student Counselor will be responsible for guiding aspiring students toward appropriate aviation, hospitality, and tourism courses offered by the academy. The role includes understanding student needs, providing course details, handling admissions, and supporting the student throughout the enrollment journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Engage with walk-ins, phone calls, social media inquiries, and leads from campaigns.
- Understand students' interests, educational background, and career goals.
- Guide students on suitable aviation and hospitality courses.
- **Course & Admission Guidance**:

- Explain course structure, duration, fees, career scope, and placement support.
- Provide detailed information on enrollment processes, documentation, and payment options.
- Follow up with potential leads to ensure conversions.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain student records, inquiry databases, and daily follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with faculty, operations, and marketing teams for smooth admission processing.
- Assist in organizing seminars, open house events, and campus visits.
- **Sales & Target Achievement**:

- Meet monthly/quarterly admission targets.
- Support in executing admission campaigns and promotional activities.
- **Student Support**:

- Act as a bridge between the academy and students for any course-related assistance post-admission.
- Address basic concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate (any stream); Postgraduate preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in counseling/admissions (aviation or education sector preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus)
- Good sales and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of aviation, hospitality, or travel industry trends (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

**Working Hours**:

- 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Mon to Sat)
- Sunday off (or as per institute schedule)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,081.48 - ₹20,858.77 per month
