**About the Role**

As an **Executive Assistant**, you will act as the strategic support system to senior leadership by managing schedules, coordinating communication, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of leadership.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and follow up on key projects, ensuring timely execution.
- Support in business research, data compilation, and drafting correspondence.
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and documentation.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and alignment.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively provide support.
