**Job Title**:Influencer Marketer Specialist

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Influencer Marketer Specialist to join our marketing team, with a focus on budget allocation and optimization. As an Influencer Marketer Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring effective allocation of resources to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to achieve marketing goals, with a focus on budget optimization
- Manage and allocate influencer marketing budgets across multiple campaigns and channels
- Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses to ensure effective resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, PR) to integrate influencer marketing into broader marketing campaigns
- Analyze and report on influencer marketing performance, using metrics such as ROI, engagement rates, reach, and conversions
- Identify and recommend opportunities for budget reallocation and optimization
- Develop and implement influencer marketing content calendars and activation plans, ensuring alignment with budget goals
- Ensure influencer marketing campaigns comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry regulations
- Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, ensuring fair market rates and effective resource allocation

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related field, with a focus on budget management
- Proven track record of successful influencer marketing campaigns with effective budget allocation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and industry best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
