**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content that aligns with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and community engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics and create regular performance reports to optimize strategies.
- **Influencer Marketing**:

- Identify and build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors that align with the company’s values and target audience.
- Manage influencer outreach, contract negotiation, and collaborations to ensure successful campaigns.
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- **Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop visually appealing and engaging social media content.
- Plan and execute video, photo shoots, and live content (stories, reels, TikToks, etc.) that resonate with our audience.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Lead creative campaigns that integrate social media, influencer partnerships, and brand messaging to drive growth and awareness.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to adapt strategies that keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to nurture community relationships.
- Collaborate with customer service and product teams to address customer feedback on social media.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing (2+ years).
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and best practices.
- Experience using social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Knowledge of paid social media campaigns is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
