**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop, implement, and manage Deep Ayurveda’s social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- **Content Planning**: Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams to create engaging and brand-aligned content (posts, videos, stories, reels).
- **Campaign Execution**: Launch and monitor organic promotional campaigns, including health awareness, product education, and engagement initiatives.
- **Community Engagement**: Interact with followers, respond to queries, and manage comments/messages to maintain a positive brand image.
- **Performance Analytics**: Track KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.), generate performance reports, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and platform algorithm changes to keep content relevant and effective.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with digital marketing and SEO teams to align strategies for maximum brand visibility.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Education**: Bachelor's in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in the wellness, healthcare, or FMCG sector.
- **Skills**: Creative thinking, excellent communication skills, basic graphic editing, reel-making, and a solid understanding of social media platforms and tools.
- **Tools Knowledge**: Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, and Instagram insights.
