**Job Title**: Social Media Optimizer (SMO) - Fresher

Wise Reputation Maker is seeking a creative and motivated fresher to join our digital marketing team as a Social Media Optimizer (SMO). This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing. As an SMO, you will help enhance our brand's online presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website through various social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Assist in creating reports and providing insights to optimize future strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is an advantage.
