But contrary to the container, most surrounding processes have not been standardized nor innovated—and are still frustratingly complex, manual, and error-prone.

We do that by providing a neutral infrastructure that connects all logistics companies to remove friction and create economic opportunity.

**Copywriter (f/m/d)**

We are looking for an innovative Copywriter to craft compelling SEO friendly content. You will be responsible for further developing and growing content marketing at xChange by increasing our monthly visitors and MQLs, making xChange the go to source for container related content

**Your tasks**
- Define the bi-weekly content plan together with content team and write/ update blogposts, reports, product descriptions and lead ups to reach goals
- Analyse the success of our content marketing approach by identifying challenges and making strategic improvements wherever possible
- Implementation of SEO strategies
- Generate content ideas based on research from industry experts, news, internal and external data sources translating it into compelling stories for our network
- Pay attention to the xChange tone of voice while also bringing in your own style, continuing to improve the quality of our content and ensuring that the content is consistent across xChange
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush and Google Dashboards to measure success of content

**Your profile**
- Substantial work experience in content marketing with experience in setting up a content strategy
- A Marketer at heart with a self-starter attitude and a strong passion for writing
- A convincing communicator with excellent English skills
- You have a high personal drive and are looking to take full ownership in your next challenge
- You have an analytical mindset with a clear understanding of conversion rates and how to optimize them.
- Knowledge of Google analytics, SEMrush, Google dashboards and Excel.
