**Description: 3D Generalist**

**Responsibilities**
- Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations for various projects in alignment with client specifications and creative direction.
- Collaborate with the CG team to conceptualize and execute compelling visual narratives through 3D graphics.
- Model, texture & animate 3D assets for performance and visual quality across different platforms and mediums.
- Collaborate with other departments to help create client proposals incorporating 3D animations according to client specifications.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality of output and efficiency of processes.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all deliverables to ensure accuracy and adherence to project guidelines.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance project development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a 3D Generalist or in a similar role within 3D or graphic design industry.
- Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as Blender (preferably), Autodesk Maya, or Cinema 4D.
- Strong understanding of texturing (Substance Painter), lighting, and rendering techniques. Experience with PowerPoint will be considered a bonus.
- Any experience in Sales and Marketing is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with peers and clients.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating a range of 3D projects, showcasing creativity and technical skills.

Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (German time), Monday to Friday

Position: Full-time, Freelance

Work Location: Remote
