We are currently building our team and now searching for **Event Sponsorship Expert** **(M/F/d) - 100% remote** **Your mission**: **Your daily tasks**: - Identify potential NGO partners and build relationships with key stakeholders. - Collaborate with internal teams to create partnership opportunities that align with organizational goals. - Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing relationships with NGOs. - Research and identify events relevant to our organization's mission and objectives. - Lead the sponsorship acquisition process for events, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. - Develop sponsorship packages tailored to the needs and objectives of potential sponsors. - Coordinate with event organizers to ensure sponsors receive maximum exposure and value. - Track and analyze sponsorship performance metrics to optimize future strategies. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in NGO partnerships and event sponsorships. **What we are looking for**: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - Proven experience in developing and managing partnerships with NGOs and securing sponsorships for events. - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. - Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative sponsorship strategies. - Highly organized with strong project management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for social impact and making a difference in the community. **We offer**: We stand for the vision of a better and more sustainable world - hand in hand with European technology companies.
