- 5+ years of experience in Building materials sales/BD (especially 3 years in Plywood related industries)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet challenges
- Excellent leadership & Presentation skills
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
- Experience in new products development/launches/ selling skills
- Experience in engaging with large geographical area.
- Should be a motivator to the sales Team
