**Job Title**: Customer Care Executive - Real Estate**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:Customer Interaction & Support**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries related to property listings, pricing, availability, and project details.
- Assist customers with site visit scheduling and guide them through the booking process.
- Provide timely updates on the progress of projects, payment schedules, and other client concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare and share required documentation, such as agreements, invoices, and project updates.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer queries, feedback, and resolved cases.
- Support marketing efforts by providing feedback and insights from customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Business, Communication, or Real Estate).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and telecommunication systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.
- Number of resolved queries within defined timelines.
- Conversion rate of inquiries to sales.
- Accuracy and completeness of customer records.
- Reduction in customer complaints.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,701.42 - ₹30,050.33 per month
