- Calibration of all mechanical laboratory equipment internally for accurate results to maintain consistent quality of product.

Assist superior in Co-ordination & monitor maintain of all statutory BIS standard requirements and also comply them timely.- KRA2- Continuous Improvement:
Quality Systems
- Assist superior in Implementation of ISO, EMS, WCM related activities through involvement of team members in the section to improve productivity & quality standards.- Analyse the different types of lab scale trail for the SO3 optimization in cement manufacturing for the cost and quality effectiveness

Assist Superior in Identify and execute improvement study and kaizen. Identify & get rectify.Abnormalities. Spillage/leakages. Unsafe conditions/practices. 5S activities. Points emerged in campaigns. Execute implementation plan for Strategic quality projects. Quality improvement objectives. Improvement of WCM objectives & practices. EMS targets. Internal customer rating improvement. ISO system improvement. Statutory compliance. WCM activity boards updating. Model area development. Create awareness in team members. Visual controls development & implementation.- KRA3- Safety Compliance- Creating a Safety culture across the organization. Ensure all Safety Standards and procedure are implemented as required and review every quarter to ensure standard compliance. Regular attending of Sub Committee meetings/ SAM/Safety Review meetings/site round at shop floor level. Preparing and comply Personal Safety
Action Plan (PSAP). Timely submission of SO, Near miss and attending safety training. PCM implementation. 100% BCN/RCN recommendation compliance in 60 days etc**Qualifications**:
Bachelor Of Science,Diploma

3-7 Years
