**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined **Executive - Logistics & Fulfilment (Q-Commerce)** to manage day-to-day operations for quick commerce platforms. The role focuses on ensuring accurate order dispatch, quality compliance, and timely deliveries, while coordinating with internal teams and ground staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve **fill rate ≥ 90%** for Q-commerce orders.
- Ensure **100% Quality Check (QC)** before dispatch.
- Track and manage **shelf life of products** across different channels.
- Coordinate with **warehouse and packaging teams** to ensure timely processing.
- Monitor and maintain **packaging quality**, targeting **≤ 1% error rate**.
- Maintain accurate shipment and packaging records.
- Ensure dispatch Turnaround Time (TAT) is met as per **≥ 95% benchmark**.
- Liaise with inventory and store teams for stock availability and accuracy.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Fill Rate ≥ 90%
- Order TAT ≥ 95%
- QC Compliance = 100%
- Shelf Life Error Incidents = 0
- Packaging Error Rate ≤ 1%
- Documentation Accuracy ≥ 99%

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 4 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
- Exposure to **Q-commerce, e-commerce, or FMCG** dispatch processes preferred.
- Understanding of **inventory, packaging, and quality control practices**.
- Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with **order management systems and basic MS Excel**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
