**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Creation**: Manage invoicing and financial documentation using Tally software.
- **Sourcing**: Identify and procure quality materials and products at competitive prices.
- **Vendor Relationship & Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring seamless operations.
- **Order Processing**: Handle end-to-end order processing, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- **Shipping**: Coordinate with logistics partners to manage shipping and delivery schedules.
- **Amazon & Flipkart Listing Optimization**: Enhance product listings on Amazon and Flipkart for maximum visibility and conversion.
- **Amazon & Flipkart Seller Support**: Resolve issues by managing seller support cases on Amazon and Flipkart platforms.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.
- **Work Ethic**: Must be hardworking, sincere, and able to handle high-pressure situations with diligence.
- **Multi-tasking**: Ability to juggle various tasks and priorities without losing focus or accuracy.
- **Initiative & Desire to Learn**: Proactively takes on challenges and continually seeks to improve and learn new skills.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written English skills are essential for communicating effectively with vendors, partners, and customers.
