**Job Summary**:
The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the hotel’s security team. This role ensures the safety and security of guests, staff, and property through effective supervision, patrolling, and incident management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security staff across all shifts.
- Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises and monitor surveillance systems.
- Ensure all security staff adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms; conduct initial investigations and report findings.
- Maintain proper records of incidents, accidents, and irregularities.
- Train new security personnel and conduct ongoing training sessions.
- Liaise with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical services when necessary.
- Implement and monitor access control systems and visitor management protocols.
- Assist in planning and executing security arrangements for special events.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and recommend improvements to security procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a security role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity (preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting).
- Strong knowledge of security operations, safety procedures, and emergency response.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency with security systems (CCTV, access control, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications preferred.
- Physical fitness and ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior military or law enforcement background.
- First Aid / CPR certification.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to safety and security.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
