1. Coordinate airline bookings and reservations for air cargo shipments, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.

2. Handle documentation processes, including the preparation and transmission of FHL and FWB documents in compliance with industry regulations.

3. Liaise with airlines, ground handlers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth transfer of cargo and ensure adherence to shipping requirements.

4. Communicate proactively with customers to provide pre-alerts, updates on shipment status, and resolution of any issues or inquiries.

5. Monitor cargo movements and track shipments throughout the transportation process, proactively addressing any delays or discrepancies.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational processes, streamline workflows, and enhance service delivery.

7. Maintain accurate records of air cargo activities, including documentation, invoices, and performance metrics.

8. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in air freight operations, incorporating relevant updates into daily activities.

9. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, with a focus on air operations.

10. Proficiency in handling airline bookings and documentation, including FHL and FWB processes.

11. Strong understanding of IATA regulations and familiarity with working with IATA agents.

12. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

13. Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks.

14. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
