**Qualification**: Graduate

**Job Description**:
**Principle UI/UX**:
1. Understanding user needs such as
- Workshops/interviews
- User testing
- Journey mapping
- Requirements

2. Experience design
- Flow diagrams
- User journeys
- Information architecture
- Wireframes

3. Plan and implement new UI designs, as well as optimizing existing interface designs

4. Collaborate with other teams at all stages to ensure good user experience

5. Plan deliverables, methodology and timelines
