Please note - This is a hybrid role that will involve both Customer Support and Vendor

Management so they will be part of the Marketing Team and closely working with the

e-commerce department also.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide knowledgeable answers to customer queries
- Assist clients on offline and online orders, deal with orders in the back office and liaise with

logistics
- Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, buyers, etc
- Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of

customer service in the industry
- Assist customers with after-sales service issues. Be a primary contact for customer inquiries

about our products and brand.
- Able to communicate concisely our company policies to clients. Maintain and update regular

client correspondence
- Review purchase orders and shipments prior to dispatch. Coordinate and track the delivery

logistic channels
- Coordinate with Vendors to get required procurements and marketing collaterals on given TAT
- Work with internal and external teams to ensure smooth and timely operations
- Maintaining and analyzing weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly customer database
- Provide complete end-to-end resolution to customer issues
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to

their concerns
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that

builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act
- Uploading, editing, scheduling and managing ecommerce website content, services &
operations.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
