**Location**: - Mumbai
Experience - 5 to 7 Years in the FMCG GT Sales
Salary
- 45k to 55k
He should have knowledge of the entire Mumbai.

- Sales & distribution head for a designated area

**Responsibilities**: Sell companies’ products by establishing contacts, leveraging on existing contact and developing relationships with prospects
Creating a distributor network by identifying distributors and other business opportunities, negotiating and closing the deal.
Ensuring proper documentation and statutory compliance
Managing sales to the distributor and achieving sales targets directly and through the company’s sales officers. Ensuring collections from the distributors as per the agreed terms Managing distributor’s invoicing, sales, dispatch and collections through the companies and the distributors team sales. Monitoring distributors inventory both in terms of SKU’s and age of inventory. Merchandising & display of companies’ products for the entire area Collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and reports the same to, RM, H.O

Analyzing and reporting competition activity on product pricing, offers, current trends and market dynamics Implementing sales promotions & marketing initiatives - effectively and efficiently
Grooming and motivating the sales team to deliver targeted results by providing support, information and guidance.
Identifying sales resources and preliminary screening
Managing financial budgets and ensuring they are within limits
