**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about our products/services to customers while maintaining a strong understanding of their features and benefits.
- Address customer concerns, issues, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds following established company procedures.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share customer feedback with relevant teams.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide the best possible assistance to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine willingness to help customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,114.85 - ₹41,617.40 per month
