As we expand our footprint both nationally and internationally, we are seeking a visionary Business Partner - Revenue & Growth to lead our sales strategy, drive consistent revenue, and build long-term business success.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact role (not a conventional job) for an independent and entrepreneurial leader who will manage, oversee, and drive business development, sales operations, and revenue generation across all AtoZ VirtuaL verticals. The role demands strategic thinking, client acquisition expertise, and a strong focus on expanding our business both locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Roadmap

Develop and execute short-term and long-term revenue strategies across all business verticals

Drive national and international sales plans in alignment with organizational goals

Business Development & Client Acquisition

Identify and onboard new clients across industries and geographies

Build scalable B2B pipelines to ensure sustainable growth

Revenue Growth & Profit Maximization

Work on pricing models, cross-selling strategies, and new market entry

Monitor and ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability metrics

Vertical-wise Sales Oversight

Customize sales approaches for each service vertical based on audience and market needs

Collaborate with vertical heads to ensure cohesive brand and revenue growth

Strategic Partnerships & Expansion Initiatives

Forge alliances with startups, SMEs, corporates, and international clients

Explore franchise, licensing, or joint ventures for market entry

Team Building & Leadership

Lead and manage sales/business development professionals (as the model scales)

Provide mentorship and set a performance-oriented culture

Reporting & Sales Intelligence

Track KPIs, client conversion cycles, and sales analytics to optimize strategies

Present revenue forecasts, growth projections, and key insights to stakeholders

Who We’re Looking For

10+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, and international growth strategies

Demonstrated success in multi-vertical B2B sales with consistent revenue achievements

Strong network with decision-makers in various industries including corporates, startups, and government clients

Self-motivated, independent, and ready to work in a revenue-sharing / performance-based model

Passionate about building long-term value and scaling business operations

Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on execution ability

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
