**About the Role**

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Junior Admin & HR to support day-to-day operations in administration and human resources. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain practical experience in office management and HR coordination. You will assist with office admin functions, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, and documentation, while also managing external vendor interactions and IT coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Administration**
- Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.)
- Coordinate with workspace providers and manage meeting room bookings.
- Procure office stationery and maintain stock and inventory records.
- Handle expense tracking, petty cash, vendor negotiations, and bill documentation.
- Support procurement and vendor liaison for IT hardware and software.
- Perform outdoor administrative tasks such as vendor scouting, purchases, and workspace visits.
- Maintain and update internal records, documents, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
- Manage attendance systems, Biometrics and access control; submit attendance reports to the HR Manager twice a month.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office areas in coordination with housekeeping
- Support basic data entry tasks as needed.
- Arrangements for Travel and logistics support as required.

**HR Support**
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection and coordination.
- Prepare documents and letters including offer, confirmation, review, NDA, experience, and relieving letters.
- Update and manage HR workflows using KEKA HRMS (onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and leaves).
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation across platforms such as Confluence and Jira.

**Employee Engagement**
- Plan, organize, and host cultural events, team activities, and celebrations both internal and external.
- Collaborate with Entertainment Club on company-wide engagement initiatives.
- Design posters and creatives for festivals, events, and internal campaigns.
- Capture and post relevant event photos and support in content development on the company’s social media platforms.
- Maintain an organized photo repository for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate with the ENT team for training agendas and logistics.

**HR Analytics and Tools**
- Maintain HR dashboards and generate reports on employee data and attendance trends.
- Leverage KEKA (HRMS) for workflow automation and analytics reporting.
- Track and analyze employee engagement metrics and feedback for continuous improvement.

**Branding and Communication**
- Support regular branding initiatives and internal communication campaigns.
- Identify and use various channels for employee communication and brand visibility.
- Ensure consistency in internal branding across posters, templates, and communications.

**Task & Activity Coordinator**
- Track and manage tasks assigned to the different team on a scheduled basis
- Coordinate follow-ups for reviews, reports, and other scheduled activities.
- Facilitate weekly/bi-weekly sync meetings to align on priorities, blockers, and progress.
- Provide regular updates and summaries to leadership regarding task status and potential risks.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Education: MBA in Human Resources.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Comfortable managing both indoor and outdoor responsibilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.

**Note**:
