**Key Responsibilities**
- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan, design, and deliver lessons based on the IB MYP Mathematics framework, emphasizing inquiry-based learning.
- Prepare students for MYP assessments, including the eAssessment, and guide them in completing MYP Projects.
- **Student Development**:

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, collaboration, and independent learning.
- Develop students’ mathematical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Provide individualized support to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Use formative and summative assessment strategies to evaluate students’ understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve and achieve their potential.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance in alignment with MYP assessment criteria.
- **Integration of Technology**:

- Utilize educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences and engagement.
- Incorporate digital platforms and resources to support student inquiry and research.
- **Collaboration and Professional Growth**:

- Work closely with other MYP teachers to develop interdisciplinary units and align curriculum goals.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, including IB workshops and training.
- Engage in reflective practices to continuously improve teaching methodologies.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**:

- Communicate regularly with parents to share student progress and address any concerns.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school community events.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:

- Support students in co-curricular and extracurricular activities, such as math clubs or competitions.
- Contribute to the overall development of the school’s academic and cultural environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
