**Job Description for the MYP Coordinator - SST & English Curriculum** position:
**We're Hiring | MYP Coordinator - SST & English Curriculum**
**Location**: Sun City, Hyderabad
**Experience**: 5 to 7 Years
**Salary**: ₹80,000 to ₹95,000 per month
**Joining**: Immediate Joiner Preferred

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of the MYP curriculum in SST and English.
- Guide teachers in designing interdisciplinary units and ensuring alignment with IB standards.
- Support teaching teams with instructional strategies and classroom management aligned with IB pedagogy.
- Coordinate IB documentation, assessments, and reporting requirements.
- Facilitate parent-teacher communication and engagement on curriculum matters.
- Lead professional development sessions for faculty.
- Act as the point of contact between the school and IB for MYP-related matters.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or related field
- Certified IB MYP Training (preferred)
- 5-7 years of teaching experience in SST/English at MYP level
- Strong knowledge of the IB framework, with coordination experience preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strategic thinking with a collaborative mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
