- Job Description- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the **IB MYP English Language & Literature** curriculum.
- Foster a love for literature, writing, and critical thinking through interactive and student-centered teaching methodologies.
- Guide students in developing strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Design and assess formative and summative tasks in alignment with MYP objectives and assessment criteria.
- Encourage inquiry-based learning, interdisciplinary connections, and conceptual understanding.
- Support students in developing skills for Personal Projects and other IB core components.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain open communication with parents and guardians.
- Stay updated with IB curriculum developments and participate in professional learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school’s MYP implementation and contribute to extracurricular activities such as writing clubs, drama, or debate teams.
