**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Science and English for MYP students (Grades 6-10).
- Develop unit plans, assessments, and activities in accordance with the MYP framework.
- Integrate interdisciplinary learning and real-world connections into teaching.
- Foster critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and a growth mindset among students.
- Maintain up-to-date records of student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Participate in collaborative planning meetings and school events.
- Engage with parents and guardians to communicate student performance and development.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science/English or Education (B.Ed preferred).
- Minimum **2-5 years** of relevant teaching experience (IB MYP experience preferred).
- Certification or training in IB MYP curriculum is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to integrate technology into the learning process effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with IB Learner Profile and Approaches to Learning (ATL).
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Collaborative and team-oriented teaching style.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
