Customer Relationship Executive

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our products or services, and generating leads or sales opportunities. Your excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and customer-oriented approach will be instrumental in contributing to our company's growth.
**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or a database.
Introduce company services to prospective clients and explain their benefits.
Engage in an effective and persuasive conversations to generate leads or sales opportunities.
Provide accurate information about services and answer customer inquiries.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
Follow scripts and guidelines for consistent and effective communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, or sales closed.
Document and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and share insights or feedback to improve overall performance.
Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer needs.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Executive or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
Good listening skills to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools to manage and update customer information.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
Good time management and organizational skills.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
